1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ConverCell website (https://convercell.in) and its suite of document conversion and table extraction tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description & Permitted Use

ConverCell provides free online tools for converting and viewing PDF documents, spreadsheets, images, and tabular files. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload any malicious code, virus-infected documents, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.

3. User Content & Document Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership, title, and all intellectual property rights to all files and documents you upload to ConverCell. We claim zero ownership or proprietary rights over your data. Uploaded documents are processed ephemerally and automatically purged within 30 minutes.

4. Ephemeral Processing SLA & Data Retention

All document conversion is ephemeral. Uploaded files and converted spreadsheets are automatically deleted by background workers after a maximum 30-minute TTL. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your converted spreadsheets immediately.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ConverCell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall ConverCell be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
